I found this on a site interestingly titled Mavericks of Senior Living. Their rationale (which I agree with)is that "before we think about solutions, it’s important to understand each other’s challenges and processes." So they're gathering not only industry people to sit at the same table to work towards solutions, but management, directors, caregivers, pharmacies, and family members and older adults! The process is called Challenge Circles to challenge thinking, stretch perspectives, and create overarching solutions.
