Tiny Habits

I listened to BJ Fogg expound his idea for changing or starting a new habit. That goal can only be achieved by breaking it into manageable tasks and fitting it into one's existing routine. BJ Fogg tells us that he built in 2 pushups after each toilet visit in the day. He typically did more than 2 pushups but keeping the baseline low and attached to a trigger (toilet), allowed him maintain that habit for years. Anything above the baseline can be treated as a credit.

So go on... take that baby step and create the change you want!!
